Should students who break visa rules be allowed to stay in UK?
The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal says they should.

So you would be happy for a student who breached the regulations associated with their visa to stay in the UK even if that student turned out to be a rapist, murderer or worse still a terrorist?

It’s their human rights that comes first. The law is a distant second. Is it a wonder we are a laughing stock. We have fashioned a rope to hang ourselves.

No way!
Student visas are used as an "easy" way to get into the UK by many dubious people such as terrorists and economic migrants. They acquire student visas with no intention of studying, many don’t even bother attending college and work more than the 20 hours per week that their visa allows them to.
There should be no recourse to appeal – if you have deliberately flouted the rules then your visa should be come invalid at which point you have to choose between either going home willingly or being deported.

Did you see the figures in the papers a couple of days ago? There are almost as many foreign ’students’ here at the moment as there are total student places in the country.
Student access is another scasm to get into the country then stay for good.

I’m sick of all the foreign students coming here to study. This is just a ploy to come to our {once beautiful } country to stay. Most of them are not going to a real university or college. They prove they have money so they can come here. Where are these so called students getting the money? It must be from these colleges or universities that are bogus, but why? once here they overstay, then are granted freedom to live off the generosity of the great British peoples taxes. I am so sad to see what these politicians and the politically correct brigade have done to this country. What did all our fathers, uncles and sons, women also who were in the armed forces, Afs,Arp, munitions factories, nurses, land girls and mothers fight for? Was it to give all these asylum seekers and immigrants free reign to live off us. I don’t think so. It makes me weep.

Pretty wo……. u should think before u answer…You talk about your forefather ans so on…..YOU SHOULD DO A BACK GROUND CHECK to see where they originally originate from.YOU SHOULD DO A BACK GROUND check to see what was taken from those people that make u sick, u should find where that big Diamond on the queens crown was taken from and WHICH people dug for it……….is it a crime for others to come and seek asylum ???? or is it a crime for some of your forefathers to come and invade and take what does not belong to them in those countries where the people make you sick???
